1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. User Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

3. Wallet Usage

a. Wallet Top-Ups

You can add money to your in-app wallet using supported payment methods. Wallet balance is used only to purchase services within the app.

b. No Refunds

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once successfully added. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

c. Expiry

We may set expiry rules for wallet balance with prior notice.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for wallet top-ups.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse or hack the app
• Create fake transactions
• Attempt chargebacks on valid wallet loads
• Use the app for illegal purposes

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code in the App belong to GYMUZZI.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Banking delays
• Payment gateway failures
• Network issues
• Device problems
• Unauthorized access due to your negligence

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available inside the app.
