• QR code-based gym entry system

• Visit history and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

6. Partner Gym Rules

When visiting partner gyms, you must comply with their individual rules and regulations. GYMUZZI is not responsible for the policies, facilities, or services provided by partner gyms. Any disputes with gym facilities should be reported to us immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

GYMUZZI provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred at partner gym facilities. Users assume all risks associated with physical fitness activities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
