Trainer Terms of Service

Welcome to the Gymuzzi Trainer Platform. By registering as a Trainer on the Gymuzzi App, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Relationship

  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or franchisee of Gymuzzi. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
  • No Exclusivity: You are free to train clients outside the Gymuzzi platform.

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

  • Certifications: You must hold valid fitness certifications and CPR/First Aid training. Gymuzzi may verify and suspend accounts if invalid or expired.
  • KYC: You must complete KYC using valid ID (Aadhaar/PAN).

3. Booking System

  • Acceptance: Accepting a booking creates a binding agreement between you and the user.
  • Fulfillment: You must arrive on time. No-shows will impact ratings and may incur penalties.
  • Gym Access Fees: You must pay Pay-Per-Visit fees unless employed by the partner gym.

4. Professional Conduct and Safety

  • Duty of Care: Provide safe and effective workouts tailored to users.
  • Gym Etiquette: Follow partner gym rules and respect staff and equipment.
  • Zero Tolerance: Harassment of any kind will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Platform Commission: Gymuzzi deducts a commission before payouts.
  • Off-Platform Payments: Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.
  • Cancellations: Late cancellations may result in penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Gymuzzi is only a platform and is not liable for injuries, disputes, or health issues during sessions.
  • You agree to indemnify Gymuzzi and partner gyms from claims arising due to your negligence or misconduct.
