Refund Policy

Thank you for using GYMUZZI. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before adding money to your wallet.

1. No Refund for Wallet Top-Ups

Once money is successfully added to your in-app wallet, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Wallet balance cannot be:

  • Withdrawn to any bank account
  • Transferred to another user
  • Refunded in any form
  • Converted to cash

This is because wallet top-ups are used to purchase digital services inside the App.

2. Failed or Pending Transactions

If the payment is deducted from your bank/UPI/card but not added to your wallet:

The amount will be automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 5-7 business days. We do not manually process these refunds.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Service Refunds

As the wallet is used to purchase digital services, no refunds are provided once a service is used within the App.
