This Privacy Policy explains how Gymuzzi collects, uses, and protects the personal and professional data of fitness trainers ("Trainers") using the Gymuzzi Trainer App.

1. Information We Collect

To create your professional profile and ensure platform safety, we collect:

  • Personal Data: Name, Phone Number, Email, Profile Photo, Gender, Date of Birth.
  • Professional Data: Certifications, Specializations (CrossFit, Yoga, Bodybuilding), Years of Experience.
  • Identity Data (KYC): Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or other government IDs.
  • Financial Data: Bank Account Number and IFSC code for payouts.
  • Location Data: Real-time GPS location to match you with nearby users and verify gym arrival.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Matching & Booking: Used to send relevant training requests.
  • Verification: IDs and certifications are used internally to verify your profile.
  • Payments: Bank details are shared securely with Razorpay for payouts.

3. Data Visibility (What Users See)

The following information is visible to users:

  • Your Name and Profile Photo
  • Ratings and Reviews
  • Verified Certifications and Specializations
  • Approximate Location

Note: We never share your Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, or exact address.

4. Tracking and Live Location

During active bookings, your live location may be shared with the user to show arrival time, similar to ride-sharing apps.

5. Data Security & Retention

  • Your KYC and financial data are encrypted.
  • Data is retained for 5–8 years as per Indian regulations.

6. Your Rights
